Pipeline — drag-and-drop deal stages

/portal/pipeline shows your leads as cards in a kanban board, columned by status (new, contacted, quoted, escalated, booked, won, lost, archived). Each column header shows count + estimated dollar value rolled up.

Drag-and-drop

Drag a card to a different column to update its status. The deal value re-rolls instantly. We disambiguate click-vs-drag by requiring a 6-pixel movement before treating it as a drag — so you can still click cards to open the detail page without accidentally moving them.

Estimated value

Per-column dollar totals come from a heuristic that maps lead category + urgency to a typical job size for your trade. Not a precise number — directionally useful for 'is my pipeline growing?' answers.

What 'escalated' means

Hot leads + urgent calls land in the escalated column. Treat it as your 'do this before lunch' inbox — the highest-revenue work flows through here.
