Your first week — recommended setup order

The 7 things to set up in order to get full value from your plan within 5 days.

You can use Plyrium with zero setup, but each connection unlocks more of what the AI can do. Here's the order we recommend:

    Set your business hours + timezone

    Settings → General. The receptionist refers callers to your hours, and every report computes from your timezone.

    Connect Google Calendar

    Integrations → Google Calendar. Once connected, every booking the receptionist takes lands directly on your calendar — no double-booking.

    Connect Google Business Profile

    Integrations → Google Business Profile. Unlocks GBP posts, review reply drafts, and the local-SEO bits of your plan.

    Add your business URLs

    Integrations → Yelp + Facebook URLs (and your website). Reviews start scraping nightly, and the AI drafts replies for any rating ≤ your threshold.

    Connect Stripe (optional but recommended)

    Integrations → Stripe Payments. Customers pay invoices online; money lands in your bank, no Plyrium fee on top.

    Set invoice + tax defaults

    Settings → Invoicing. Default tax rate, due days, branding, and email subject — applied to every new invoice + quote.

    Add your team

    Team. Invite teammates with the right role (owner / dispatcher / billing / tech / viewer).
